Rise of Satanism another sign of ‘America’s fall from God’

TRUTH BOMBS: So much of being the modern intellectually enlightened beacon of the world that made our ancestors seem like ignorant fools! Nope we are embracing the same paganism they did and we are no different. If fact, the more you try to remove the truth of the Christian God from society the more pagan you become. This is the natural process.

ARTICLE: Elementary schools forced by the government to allow “Satan Clubs” on school grounds. Statues of Baphomet are erected in major American cities. And a national headquarters for the “Satanic Temple” in Salem, Massachusetts, famous for its “witch trials” during colonial times.

Has America gone to the devil? Christian leaders are speaking out – and they are reluctantly saying it has.

Karl Payne, pastor of leadership development at Antioch Bible Church and the former chaplain of the NFL’s Seattle Seahawks, said the rise of devil worship is an ominous development.

“Historian Arnold Toynbee famously declared countries crumble from within,” he said. “I believe we are nearing the end of that same course in our country that once represented a light of hope and freedom to the world.”

Payne, the author of “Spiritual Warfare: Christians, Demonization and Deliverance,” said America is no longer a Christian nation. And Christians need to wake up.

“For a country and people who have historically valued life more than death, truth more than deception and the rule of law and common sense more than tyranny or hedonism, the rise of Satanism probably comes as a shock,” counseled Payne. “But for those who have watched the promotion of occultism, spiritism, demonism and hedonism in the media in the name of ‘pluralism’ are not surprised. It is simply more evidence of our culture’s fascination with narcissism, death and rejection of common sense.”

Of course, the Satanic Temple says it does not literally worship the devil. Instead, Satan and demonic imagery are used as a “formidable weapon to fight for separation of church and state.”

However, Jonathan Cahn, the bestselling author of “The Harbinger” and the new blockbuster “The Book of Mysteries,” said the use of this kind of imagery is not innocent.

“It is yet another manifestation of America’s fall from God,” he told WND. “It is no accident that we are seeing more and more displays of Satan in America’s public life. This is an unprecedented development in American history. This could not have taken place in earlier days. And it’s no accident that this is happening in the same America that is increasingly removing any display concerning God or faith from the same public square.”

Rabbi Cahn argued no society can simply become “secular.” Instead, as a society declines, it calls what was once evil good and good evil. The result is nothing less than a total societal transformation.

“It is another sign of the increasingly powerful position and brazen stance of evil, immorality, ungodliness and anti-Christianity in the new America,” Cahn thundered. “That which in former days existed only in the shadows and in the periphery of American culture is now in the spotlight and center stage – and seeks to drive that which was formerly in the spotlight and center stage of American culture to the periphery and into the shadows.”

And Cahn warns it won’t stop there.

“In the judgment template of ‘The Harbinger,’ when ancient Israel turned away from God, it turned to the god Baal. One of the names of Baal was ‘Baal Zevuv,’ or ‘Lord of the Flies.’ When that Hebrew name was translated into Greek and then English, it became ‘Beelzebub’ – the name of Satan. So it is no accident that we are now seeing in America the same thing. When one drives God out of one’s life, when a nation drives God out of its national life – it opens the door to the devil.”

Carl Gallups, a pastor and author of the new book “When the Lion Roars: Understanding the Implications of Ancient Prophecies for Our Time,” long has warned Christians are going to be “targeted” for persecution. And he noted acidly the Satanic Temple is targeting school districts that host Christian after-school programs.

Gallups says there is a link between the increasing secularism of American culture and the rise of demonic activity.

“As the culture of the United States, the largest Christian nation the planet has ever known, becomes increasingly secular, and as much of America’s church slips progressively into apostasy, the intensity of demonic activity will only increase,” said Gallups. “This is not only a biblical prediction, but also a current reality that, with growing frequency, is reported upon practically every week.”

According to exorcists, there is unprecedented demand for services in expelling demons. Pastor Gallups argues this reported increase in demonic activity and the growing acceptance of Satanic imagery is nothing less than a sign of the last days.

“There can be no doubt that the Word of God speaks of a demonic outpouring occurring in the days just before the return of the Lord,” he said. “The implication of those prophecies is that the deluge will be on a global scale. Although we have always had the influence and impact of the demonic realm to deal with, never before has that sphere of existence had such a platform from which to manifest itself and to so boldly proclaim its seductive message. The intense focus given to this ‘Satanic Temple’ is just another example.

“But even this group is just a symptom and a sign. The problem is that man’s sinful nature is running amok, and this is now being celebrated. The world continually acquiesces to the growing evil and abject mockery of God’s Word that now surrounds it.”

Besides serving as a pastor and chaplain, Payne is also an experienced exorcist who has personally helped believers suffering from demonic attack. He also stated the growing acceptance of demonic symbolism is a dangerous sign for the future.

“These events have end times significance,” he told WND. “This world is ripe for the acceptance and ascension of a Satanically inspired global leader who will promise peace and freedom while he systematically eliminates all who disagree with him. A temple honoring Satan is just one more step towards that end.”

Mother Charged With Murder After Her 2 Missing Children Are Found Dead in Car Behind Police Station

TRUTH BOMBS: I can remember when something like this was front page national news. Now it is buried away to the local news agencies and a minor story on Yahoo News. Our hearts are growing cold. We are no longer shocked or appalled at this kind of thing because it is happening all the time. What happens to us when we don’t care anymore?

ARTICLE: Two Indiana children were found dead in a car hours after an Amber Alert was issued for them – and their mother has been charged with murder, police say.

Liliana Hernandez, 7, and 6-year-old Rene Pasztor, of Fort Wayne, were found dead in a car behind the Elkhart Police Department on Monday after their estranged mother, Amber Pasztor, allegedly abducted the pair, prompting an Amber Alert, The Elkhart Truth reports.

“[Pasztor] actually approached the officer and stopped and made contact with him,” Elkhart Police spokesman Sgt. Chris Snyder said at a press conference. “When [the officer] made contact with that female, she advised him that there were two deceased people in the back seat of her car.”

Officials issued the alert just after 12:30 p.m. on Monday, noting that the children were last seen at around 6:21 a.m. and were “believed to be in extreme danger.”

Authorities said in the alert that the children were likely taken by their “non-custodial mother Amber Pasztor.”

Pasztor was arrested and charged with two counts of murder, the Associated Press reports. Snyder said authorities are looking for 65-year-old Frank Macomber who allegedly “may have some information to assist with this investigation.”

Snyder said that police are looking into the circumstances surrounding the death of the children. He did not reveal how the children died, but autopsies are scheduled for Tuesday morning in Kalamazoo, Michigan, according to the AP.

“Anytime you have kids involved it makes it a little bit harder,” Snyder said.

He said it was emotionally difficult for officers responding to the scene.

“A lot of it, for the officers, is the way that our portion of this transpired,” he said. “Not knowing a lot other than the mere fact there’s a car parked behind our police station and there’s two deceased young kids in there.”

Pasztor is being held in Elkhart County Jail, the AP reports. No information was immediately available on whether she has entered a plea or retained an attorney.

Proof That Religion is Good for America – John Stonestreet

TRUTH BOMBS: Without Christianity, nothing can be cogently proven true or false. It is the very foundation of rational thought. It is not just good for America but for everyone. The more Christian we are the better the society we live in.

ARTICLE: A few months ago on BreakPoint, I mentioned a Pew study that demonstrated Americans’ increasing ignorance of the vital role played by religious institutions in this country. Between 2001 and 2016, the percentage of Americans who think that religion plays a role in solving important social problems fell from 75 percent to 58 percent. As I said at the time, “part of the problem is that the religious contribution to the common good is so woven into the fabric of American life, most people these days just take it for granted and never stop to think about how prevalent it really is.” In fact, according to another study, half of Americans think that the government could replace religious organizations with no problems and nothing lost. And now, a new study quantifies just how wrong half of Americans are.Published in the Interdisciplinary Journal of Research in Religion, the study quantifies that “religion in the United States today contributes $1.2 trillion each year to our economy and society.” That’s “trillion” with a “tr,” or “more than the top ten tech companies combined—including Google, Apple, and Amazon.”Put another way, if American religion were a country, it would rank 14th or 15th among the world’s economies, just ahead of Russia and just behind Australia. Put still another way, religion accounts for a little under seven percent of our economic output. Now you still think that religion can just be replaced? The study conducted by Brian and Melissa Grim of Georgetown University’s Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs reminds those willing to listen that the nation’s 344,000 religious congregations aren’t just houses of worship, “they are also the nucleus of many communities.” They are the “centers for job training, charity, child care, and social events.”They employ “hundreds of thousands of people, creating jobs, and spend billions of dollars on goods and services, which support local businesses.” And finally, they fund 1.5 million social programs and gather 7.5 million volunteers. As Brian Grim put it, the benefits of religion aren’t intangible, nor are they limited to the members of these congregations. People of faith serve the vulnerable because of their faith.A little-known example of this outreach are the 78,000 programs that help “people struggling with mental illness.” That’s three times as many programs as there are Starbucks in the entire world! Yet, while people joke about how ubiquitous Starbucks are, no one takes note of how all-pervasive these programs are.Without these programs, the communities that rely upon them would be far worse off than they are. And yet an increasing number of Americans think religion can just be replaced. In light of these findings, think of the recent attempts to force churches to go along with the sexual revolution in places like Iowa and Massachusetts. Both efforts assume a private/public distinction that, as the report documents, just doesn’t exist. For many congregations, what it means to be the Church isn’t limited to the four walls of their sanctuaries, and their understanding of what it means to love their neighbor isn’t limited to the folks in the pews. That’s why churches form the nucleus of so many communities. In effect, proposals like the ones in Iowa and Massachusetts punish people of faith for loving their neighbors as themselves. Worse than that, they’re willing to sacrifice the vulnerable among us in the furtherance of the ideological projects of the sexual revolution, a revolution that has already left millions of victims in its wake.As Brian and Melissa Grim make unmistakably clear, there is no area of life that Americans care about, or at least should care about, in which people of faith, motivated by their faith, are absent. And their presence is making an incredible difference.Even if people refuse to notice.

Lt. Col. Maginnis: Obama Admin. ‘Is Aggressively Against Christians’ — ‘Demonic Forces’ In Washington, DC

TRUTH BOMBS: We are not a Christian Nation anymore. This is a must read and I made bold the most shocking statement of all.

ARTICLE: Army Lt. Col. Robert Maginnis (ret.), the senior fellow for national security at the Family Research Council, said Christianity is under attack in the Pentagon and the Obama administration is “aggressively against Christians.” He added that there are “demonic forces” at play in the government, and that he has met people described as “witches” who profess they are advising “the senior leadership of the country.”

On the Sept. 22 edition of The Jim Bakker Show, the host asked Lt. Col. Maginnis, :  “The very thing that Jesus said would happen in the Last Days, that we, because we serve God, we would be attacked, we would be hated for the name of Christ’s sake. It seems like our nation is kinder to other faiths and Christianity is being put down further and further and further. Are you allowed to talk about that?”

Maginnis said, ““Of course, and we find it in the federal government in a terrible way. Certainly in the Pentagon, where we find the persecution of Christians openly expressing their love for Christ. Christian meetings are often denigrated.”

“We find that broadly, more so under this administration than ever before,” said Maginnis. “I’ve been in the government, off and on, for almost five decades so I’ve seen how other governments have functioned. This one is aggressively against Christians. And it’s because, I think, the man in the Oval Office expresses an opinion, which his proxies are expressing across the entire bureaucracy.”

Host Jim Bakker then asked, “Are the leaders afraid of the power of the Gospel? Why do they want to put the Gospel down now?”

“I suspect the motivation is, in fact, evil,” said Maginnis.  “I know from having been in Washington for many years – my mother worked in Washington and in the White House for awhile many years ago — I know that there’s demonic forces in that city.”

“I have personally met people that refer to themselves as witches, people that say they advise the senior leadership of the country,” he said.  “We invite within the federal government people to advise us and often some of those advisers, I think, have evil motivations, things that you and I would not approve of.”

Lt. Col. Robert Maginnis (ret.), 66, is married and has two children. He is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy, West Point, and the Naval Postgraduate School.

Global Warming’s Fingerprint Doesn’t Exist In The Real World | The Daily Caller

TRUTH BOMBS: And yet we will pump billions of tax dollars (dollars that make you work more hours to pay off this debt) on a sham.

ARTICLE: One of the main lines of evidence used by the Obama administration to justify its global warming regulations doesn’t exist in the real world, according to a new report by climate researchers.

Researchers analyzed temperature observations from satellites, weather balloons, weather stations and buoys and found the so-called “tropical hotspot” relied upon by the EPA to declare carbon dioxide a pollutant “simply does not exist in the real world.”

They found that once El Ninos are taken into account, “there is no ‘record setting’ warming to be concerned about.”

“These analysis results would appear to leave very, very little doubt but that EPA’s claim of a Tropical Hot Spot (THS), caused by rising atmospheric CO2 levels, simply does not exist in the real world,” reads the report by economist James Wallace, climatologist John Christy and meteorologist Joseph D’Aleo.

U.S. murders up 11% in biggest spike since 1971

TRUTH BOMBS: What is interesting about this article is that the Obama administration seems to give conflicting data. Who would you believe?

ARTICLE: Homicides nationwide surged by 10.8 percent from 2014 to 2015, an increase of nearly 1,600, according to a new report from the federal government.

It was the biggest single-year increase in four decades, the report said.

Analysts have attributed the surge to the “Ferguson effect,” the reluctance of police officers to confront black citizens suspected of criminal behavior in the aftermath of the mid-2014 shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, of black teen Michael Brown by white police officer Darren Wilson. Wilson was investigated several times but never charged because of evidence that Brown was charging at him when he was shot.

Since the Ferguson incident, President Obama has repeatedly charged that law-enforcement institutional racism among law enforcement officers across the United States.

The FBI, in a statement, said there was a 3.9 percent increase in the estimated number of violent crimes overall and a 2.6 percent drop in property crimes from 2014 to 2015.

The bureau said there were 1,197,704 violent crimes and 15,696 murders in 2015.

The FBI also said there were 90,185 rapes and 327,374 robberies.

Firearms were used in 71.5 percent of the murders.

FBI chief Jim Comey said the statistics need to be monitored more closely.

“We need more transparency and accountability in law enforcement. We also need better, more informed conversations about crime and policing in this country,” he said.

“To get there, we are improving the way this nation collects, analyzes, and uses crime statistics and data about law enforcement’s use of force,” he continued. “Information that is accurate, reliable, complete, and timely will help all of us learn where we have problems and how to get better.

“Key elements of this are our shift to the National Incident-Based Reporting System (NIBRS), which will occur no later than 2021 (we hope sooner), and our first-ever use-of-force database. Those will give us a more complete, richer picture of crime in our communities, and a national and detailed picture of the ways we in law enforcement are using force.

“With indispensable support from our colleagues at the Bureau of Justice Statistics, all of us will be better able to talk in an informed way about thigns that matter tremendously.”

The data from 2015 show there were 372 violent criminal offenses per 100,000 Americans and 2,487 property offenses.

The London Guardian reported, “There is no consensus yet on what factors might be driving a sharp increase in murders alone, but crime has become a politically charged election issue, and the uptick will probably figure in Monday’s presidential debate.”

The report continued: “In St. Louis, which already had one of the highest murder rates in the U.S., murders increased again last year. Last year, 143 of the city’s murder victims were black men and boys killed with guns, according to data from the police department. Local residents were not optimistic that a debate over a national murder increase would make them safer.”

Jeffrey Boyd, a St. Louis city official, told the agency: “How do we use that data to elevate the consciousness of our community? How do we use that data to provide the opportunity for people to get meaningful jobs, with livable wages?”

The number of homicides still remained below the 1980s-1990s crime wave that saw a peak of about 25,000 deaths a year.

But some already are attributing the increase to race.

Wealthy white Americans whose votes help determine crime policy “don’t tend to be those who feel the costs,” claimed John Pfaff, a Fordham University law professor, in the report.

The report defended Obama’s administration, explaining: “In general, the president and the federal government have very little power to determine the country’s response to crime and violence. The country has 18,000 local law enforcement agencies of different kinds, including more than 12,000 local police departments, which are largely independent from federal control.”

The report also said victims of property crimes lost $14.3 billion.

Last year there were reports from 13,160 different agencies around the nation.

NPR said, “Seven cities are largely responsible for the increase in murders last year: Chicago, Baltimore, Houston, Milwaukee, Philadelphia, Kansas City and Washington, D.C.”

NPR said U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch, speaking in Arkansas on Monday at a meeting on targeting trouble in urban centers, said violence “tears at the fabric of our common life.”

Lynch added that any such increase “is of the deepest concern … to the entire Department of Justice.”

NPR noted the issue of law and order “has been a persistent theme in this year’s presidential race, as Republican candidate Donald Trump has urged the need to restore order to U.S. cities, and his Democratic opponent, Hillary Clinton, has emphasized the need for partnerships between law enforcement and communities of color.”

Survey: Views on Homosexuality Major Factor for Millennials Who Left Church

TRUTH BOMBS: So read the article below and ask yourself does God change? No He does not. What He said was evil 2000+ years ago is still evil today. Yet the Church Growth gurus today believe that if the Church is to survive, then it must change. This is why we see pews replaced with couches and new cafe style worship centers coffee included (for a small fee).

So what will be next in light of this article?

ARTICLE: A recent survey has revealed that nearly one in four millennials are religiously unaffiliated, and many of them say they left the church due to teachings on homosexuality.

The Christian Post reports that 25 percent of Americans are religiously unaffiliated, according to a survey conducted by the Public Religion Research Institute.

The survey found that religious affiliation has been declining noticeably since the 1990’s. The numbers of people who have left the church are greater the younger the demographic.

For example, only 13 percent of those aged over 65 say they are religiously unaffiliated, 17 percent aged 50 to 64 say the same, 29 percent in the 30 to 49 age group do not believe in religion, and a sizeable 39 percent of 18 to 29-year-olds say they are religiously unaffiliated.

The survey also explored the reasons for lack of religious affiliation. A major finding was that 39 percent of religiously unaffiliated millennials said the church’s teaching on and treatment of gays and lesbians was a major factor in their decision to leave the church or to remain unaffiliated with it.

The survey also separated non-churchgoers into three categories:

Rejectionists–those who “say religion is not personally important in their lives and believe religion as a whole does more harm than good in society.”

Apatheists–who “say say religion is not personally important to them, but believe it generally is more socially helpful than harmful.”

And, lastly:

Unattached believers–who say religion is personally important to them, but yet do not attend corporate worship.

North Korea: Christians Crucified, Burned, Steamrolled in Onslaught of Brutal Persecution – Christian News Headlines

TRUTH BOMBS: We give the ultimate sacrifice for the sake to the truth!

ARTICLE: Christians in North Korea are being enslaved, raped, tortured and killed, according to a report from Christian Solidarity Worldwide.

The report, titled Total Denial: Violation of Freedom of Religion or Belief in North Korea, from the UK religious freedom charity said freedom of religion is “largely non-existent.”

“Religious beliefs are seen as a threat to the loyalty demanded by the Supreme Leader, so anyone holding these beliefs is severely persecuted,” the report says.

“Christians suffer significantly because of the anti-revolutionary and imperialist labels attached to them by the country’s leadership.”

The report details incidents such as Christians being “hung on a cross over a fire, crushed under a steamroller, herded off bridges and trampled underfoot.”

Christians in North Korea must practice their faith in secret or they are sent to hard labor camps.

“A policy of guilt by association applies, meaning that the relatives of Christians are also detained regardless of whether they share the Christian belief,” the report says.

“Even North Koreans who have escaped to China, and who are or become Christians are often repatriated and subsequently imprisoned in a political prison camp.”

North Korean officials say there are about 13,000 Christians in the country, but Cornerstone Ministries International estimates there are about 200,000 to 300,000.

Gay teen sues his Catholic school for depriving him of his senior year

TRUTH BOMBS: I only reference this article because this was covered by Yahoo news. However the source is a blog so be warned. I am not surprised at this lunacy.

ARTICLE: Last year, Lance Sanderson’s story garnered national attention. The senior at Christian Brothers High School in Memphis was told that he could not bring a boy from another school to the homecoming dance. Because he then brought the school negative publicity, he was asked not to return to school at all — he spent his senior year taking online courses, deprived of any extracurricular activities or even the chance to walk at graduation. Now, he and his parents are suing CBHS for breach of contract, emotional distress, and violations of Title IX. In a complaint filed Tuesday morning in Tennessee state court, Sanderson lays out the way the school humiliated him, punished him, and ultimately deprived
